Kumar
Kumar is our Chief Crabber, although "Crab Whisperer" works too!
Kumar is a third-generation stone crabber, who grew up in the Bahamas learning the trade from his father and grandfather, long before he could even walk. As a true islander, and proud dad of one, Kumar knows these waters like the back of his hand. He’s dedicated to ensuring that every claw we bring you is responsibly harvested with the same care his family has shown for decades.
Nick
Nick is our Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of Logistics.
Nick is a Miami native who’s happily married with two young boys, and is a marine biologist by training with a degree from the University of Miami. Nick ensures that our stone crabs are sustainably harvested, allowing them to regenerate their claws for future seasons. He’s also the mastermind behind getting those fresh claws from the Bahamas to your doorstep, ensuring they’re as fresh as if you’d caught them yourself.
Mike
Mike is our Head of Sales and Chief Financial Officer.
Mike is also a native Miamian who grew up catching and eating stone crabs. He began his career as a chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant in New York before moving into finance. With a passion for exceptional food and a sharp eye for quality, he keeps the business side running smoothly, making sure you get top-quality claws at killer prices.
